Add onion, garlic /ginger paste also fresh chillies to a blender and blend to a mush, then set a side.

Next cut potatoes and caulfower.
and next heat a non-stick pan and add mustard oil and fry cauliflower for 5 mins till it starts to brown after remove next do the same with potatoes wen brown remove from pan.
and in the same oil add the onion paste and cook on medium heat for 5 mins after add turemic powder and chill powder and ground coriander and mix and cook for further 2mins after and the fresh tomato and lower heat and cover and allow the tomatos to soften. - 3
After add the garam masala mix and add the caulflower and add 1 cup water and mix and leave to cook on a medium low heat for 10 min checking every 2.
after add the potatoes and water if needed.
then boil on low heat till gravy thickens and when done add fresh coriander.
eat with rice or bread
