  • Watermelon
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice a your watermelon disk into quarters.

    Slice the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    Drizzle the watermelon with worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pack the slice garlic cloves on top.

    Marinade for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Braai on hot coals for a few minutes on each side. Should have grill lines.

    Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
