  • Sausage
  • Oil
  • Garlic (crushed)
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Tomatoes (chopped)
  • Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chutney
  • Tomato Paste
  • Parsley

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry the sausage on a medium heat until cooked.

  2. 2

    Add onion and garlic and fry until onions are tender.

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with Pap/Rice or Macaroni.

  5. 5
