Baked Chocolate Donuts

I made these because I wanted to eat baked doughnuts.
Because they are not fried, they are healthier than their deep-fried counterparts! Recipe by Sweets chan

Steps
- 1
[Preparation] Preheat your oven to 375℉ (190℃). Finely chop the walnuts. You can also put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- 2
Melt the butter in a double broiler.
- 3
In a bowl, add in the sugar and the egg and mix well.
- 4
Add the milk and condensed milk and mix together.
- 5
Next, sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and lightly stir.
- 6
Pour in the melted butter.
- 7
Add in the walnuts and mix it quickly. Then the dough is done!
- 8
Now pour the dough into a plastic bag. Rather than a regular plastic bag, I think using a plastic icing bag is much easier. Next put the plastic bag in a glass and let it sit standing up.
- 9
Next spray the mold with oil, and then coat the sides with butter. Cut a whole in the plastic bag and then pour the dough into the mold.
- 10
Lower your oven's temperature to 350℉ (180℃) and bake for 20 minutes. (The thing next to the tray is for tasting.)
- 11
When they are done, take them out of the mold and let them cool on a tray. Once they do, they are done!
- 12
Finished!
