Chopped garlic and ginger to sauté in sesame oil in the pot.
Super appetizing smell comes out.

Add chopped spring onion to sauté and add leeks.

Pour 2L of water with Chinese chicken soup stock and to boil. Add salt to taste, not much.

Add chopped pork shoulders

Add chopped brown mushrooms and tofu.

Take out scum to make the soup clear.

Add spinach right before eat. Don’t boil spinach too much, as it ruin the texture.

You can add Chinese chilly pastes when you eat, if you like chilly taste.
