Sweet Potato Soupmaker Soup 🍠

My sister bought me a soup maker from a charity shop years ago and I put it in the cupboard and forgot about it - thinking I had no need for it as I make soup perfectly well in a pan all the time. But I found it again a few days ago and thought I’d give it a try! I’m SO impressed!!! It made piping hot, completely smooth delicious soup in about 15 minutes flat, brilliant and now my favourite new kitchen toy 😁
If you don’t have a soup maker just boil it in a pan then blend it the usual way.

Steps
- 1
Peel and chop the potatoes and onions and add them to the soup maker. Try to ensure the veg is chopped reasonably small and in uniform size.
- 2
Add the stock, I highly recommend this Veg Anarchy stock which is additive free and yeast free. Ensure you don’t go over the max fill line.
- 3
Turn the soup maker onto the purée function and press go. 15 mins later … ta da!! 🎉
