Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

Season pork chops with salt and pepper

  2. 2

Add all seasonings (up to and including parmesan cheese)to bread crumbs and mix with fork.

  3. 3

    Heat oil on medium heat.

  4. 4

Coat pork chop in flour, then egg, and lastly in the bread crumb mixture.

  5. 5

When all pork chops are coated, place carefully in heated oil.

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  7. 7

Boil water for angel hair pasta. When water is at a rolling boil, add pasta. Cook until tender(or preferred doneness).

Heat pasta sauce until a mild simmer is present. I used the tomato and basil sauce.

  9. 9

Once pork chop are fully cooked (should give you a golden brown appearance) place in an oven safe dish 1 inch apart.

  10. 10

Add 1/2 sauce on top of chops. Top with mozzarella and Romano (or parmesan, your choice). Sprinkle with additional parsley & oregano if desired.

  11. 11

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and edges are a golden brown.

  12. 12

Serve with angel hair pasta topped with remaining tomato sauce
