Chop the carrot into strips.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the carrots. Fry over medium heat.

When the carrot is coated in oil, add the ingredients marked with a ● and simmer over medium heat.

When half of the sauce has evaporated, stop the heat, mix in the sesame seeds and you're done. (You can top at the end if you like!♪)
