  • 1 pcEnglish muffin
  • 1 pcEgg
  • 1 pcSausage
  • 15 gUnsalted butter
  • 1 pcCheddar cheese
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut English muffin in half

  2. 2

    Turn on low heat, melt and butter, cook muffin until crispy

    When muffin is golden brown in colour, flip, put cheddar cheese on top

    Cook an egg in another pan with some oil

    Take out the egg when finish, add sausage, until golden brown

    Combine all ingredients together, finish><
