Soak urad dal overnight.

Next day, blend it well. By adding green chillies.let it rest for 1/2 hour for fermantation.

Add all dry spices to it including heeng, coriander leaves and soda.

In a kadai heat cooking oil, make small balls or medium balls of this dough. Put these balls one by one in the kadai. Deep fry it.

Dal pakoras are ready to serve. you can serve it with any chutney or sauce.
