Put roast in slow cooker

Empty all the packets on roast, pour jar of peppers on roast and stick of butter. Cover slow cooker.

Cook on low setting for eight hours Or High setting 4 to 5 hours. Shred beef for poor boy sandwich or leave as a roast.

If you like to keep it as a roast throw in vegetables.
