This was a trial and error cake, and I am totally posting my error pic. I will bake it again and update pictures and recipe once I perfect it. Please feel free to leave tips to have it all come out of pan.

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 boxyellow cake mix
  2. 2/3 cuppacked brown sugar
  3. 1 (15 oz.)Canned sliced peaches drained reserve juice
  4. 4eggs
  5. 2/3 cupsmelted butter cooled
  6. 1 cuppeach juice/milk [Juice from peaches and add milk to make it 1 cup]
  7. 1 tsp.Nutmeg divided
  8. 2 tspcinnamon divided
  9. 1/2 tsp.Vanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees

    Cut peaches in half and add to brown sugar along with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved. Set aside

    In a separate bowl combine cake mix, eggs, butter, milk/juice mixture and 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp cinnamon

    Once batter is combined pour into a floured bundt pan or better yet a 9x13 inch pan

  5. 5

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
