There are many fancy variations of the French Toast recipe and this one is even tastier with the delicious Nutella spread sandwiched between the bread slices. On this World Nutella Day on 5th Feb 2022 my son and I had fun making this and we enjoyed it a lot.

3eggs
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 tspcinnamon powder
50 gmsbutter

Take 3 bread slices and scoop them out to make a smiley face.

Beat egg, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish with a wire whisk. Stir in milk. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.

Cook bread slices on a lightly greased nonstick pan with butter on medium heat until browned on both sides.

Now apply Nutella on one side on the plain toasted bread and place the other smiley bread on top. Now serve with strawberries and banana topped with some icing sugar. Be sure to have your strawberries and bananas in each bite of your savory Nutella french toast.
