Steps

Take 6 slices of bread and cut the bread slices into round shape with the help of a ring cutter or katori.

Spread butter on the bread slices and then spread tomato sauce/ pizza sauce on it.

Now spread a layer of capsicum, sweet corn and tomato slices. Then sprinkle salt, oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper powder on it.

Now spread grated mozerolla chease on it and prepare all bread slices in the same manner.

Heat a non-stick tawa and spread 1spoon butter on the tawa. Then place two or three prepared bread slices on the tawa. (As per the size of tawa)

Cover them with a lid and let them cook on low flame until the cheese melts completely and breads have become crispy and golden brown in colour then turn off the flame. If not, let it stay for another 2-3 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle some red chill flakes and oregano on them and serve immediately.
