  2. 3big Green pepper
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 5Star anise
  5. 4big Carrots
  6. 5Bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl wash your rice grits and strain the water

  2. 2

    Put your star anise, bay leaves & salt in the rice grits and steam

  3. 3

    Dice your carrots and green pepper and keep aside

  4. 4

    When rice grits is cooked sprinkle your diced carrots, green peppers & mix them in the rice grits and serve with sauce or stew
