Cut the mushrooms into 4

Apply salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder & ginger garlic paste mix well keep aside

In a separate bowl,take maida as required which can cover the mushrooms,add salt Maggi tastemaker and water to it, make a thick paste

Now add the mushrooms to it and mix well

Heat oil for deep frying

Fry the mushrooms on medium flame for 3 minutes

Remove and keep aside

Now in a saucepan put butter and Schezwan sauce heat it, once it gets heat up add the fried mushrooms to it.

Stir fry for 1 minute, garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve hot
