Oil garam kijye
Kalonji add kijye.
Onion ki slices add Kar k light golden fry kijye - 2
Then Haldi powder, Red Chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt & Thora SA water add kar k achi tarhan mix kijye.
Aur masaly ko itna bhunen k onion mix hojae
Aur oil alag hojae.. - 3
Then cubes Mein cut kiye huy potatoes add kar k 2 sy 3 mints k lie bhunen,
Gravy k hisab sy water add Kar potatoes galny tak pkaen,
Last mein spoon ya dal ghotni sy potatoes ko halka sa mashed kar lijye. - 4
Imli ka pulp add Kar k mix kijye..
Aur cover k 5 minutes k lie low flame py chorh dijye.Ready 😋👌💖
