Ingredients

1 serving
  • Wholewheat spaghetti for one
  • 1-2 tspgood quality extra virgin olive oil
  • Generous pinch sea salt
  • Pinchblack pepper, freshly ground if possible

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the spaghetti until al dente (cooked through with just a little bit of bite). Drain then add back to the hot pan.

  2. 2

    Drizzle with the oil and season generously to taste. That’s it!! 🤣

I used to make this with added ketchup, when I first met my husband and we wanted to live to together and rented a caravan and didn't have a lot of money. But nice.
