In winter broccoli is very useful & healthy to our health as it is rich in minerals, vitamins & it is anti-oxident also.
Steps

Wash the Broccoli. Keep it in hot water for 5 min. Then remove

Make small pieces of Broccoli. And potato. Make small pieces of garlic & ginger. Add butter in pan then add garlic, potato & Broccoli. Saute it for 5 min. Then add little water to cook the Broccoli. Cover it with lid.

When cooked then keep it in one plate to cool down. Then make puree of it in mixer. Then add some milk to form consistency. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder and let it boil for 10 min. Lastly add some cream or malai to garnish

Healthy Broccoli soup is ready to serve hot.
