Boil 2 Potatoes well while boiling add salt
And mash it well keep a side
In a pan add oil Tarmaric Powder, add Mustard seeds
Curry leaves, Fry untill becom gold then with slow flame add chilly powder, garam masala, chicken masala, salt to tast add little bit water and add mash potatoes cook it well finally add coriander leaves - 2
In a bowl add egg salt and pepper mix it well keep a side

Heat a Roaster pan add oil in egg batle dip bread

Roast it well 2 side once

Add potato which we prepared

In Top add egg batle and roast it well

Roast two side well

If it is Roasted well then
Plate to serve
