This was the breakfast a dietitian advised me, for a healthy diet. For weight gain! Multigrain bread it is and only using egg whites. So I used to make this omelet and it actually tastes different than the regular one.

This was the breakfast a dietitian advised me, for a healthy diet. For weight gain! Multigrain bread it is and only using egg whites. So I used to make this omelet and it actually tastes different than the regular one.
Steps

In a bowl add egg whites and whisk for a minute. Then add salt, pepper and chopped vegetables. Whisk well till you see lots of fluff.

Heat a non-stick pan and add ghee to it. Pour the egg mixture to it and let it cook till golden brown. Then add 1 tsp ghee and flip it.

Flip the top side up and add cheese. Flip half of the egg, turn off the flame and cover it for a minute.

Now toast your bread slices and prepare coffee.
