Omelette sandwich is one of my favourite
When I get bored of daily routine breakfast I usually make this omelette sandwich
I bought a little change to it by adding left over steak sauce and vegetables instead of Mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsponion chopped
  2. 1 tbspcoriander chopped
  3. 1 tbsptomato chopped
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  6. 1large egg
  7. 1 slicecheese
  8. Left over steak sauce (optional)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop onion, tomato and coriander into small pieces.

    Then add chilli powder salt and pepper.

    Then mix all the ingredients properly.

    Heat the pan. Add 2tbsp butter. Pour the mixture. Turn one side when it's add then add cheese on top

    Make sandwich
    Serve and enjoy
