Ingredients

500 gpork mix cut
marinade
1 tspminced garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 tspCajun
1/2 tsppaprika
1small lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Cut into long thick strips

Mix marinade ingredients then massage into pork. Let marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight

Prepare an open bbq grill or traditional charcoal burner

Roast until cooked. Enjoy with a salad or roasted plantain
