Ingredients

40 minutes
2-3 person
  • 1 bowlblanched spinach
  • 1medium sized boiled potato
  • 1/4 Cupgrated paneer
  • 1medium size capsicum
  • 1/2 Bowl mint leaves
  • 1/2 Bowlcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 Bowlfrozen peas or fresh peas
  • 1small piece of Ginger
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 TSPchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 Bowlbread crumbs
  • 4 TSPcorn flour
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large kadai heat oil and add green chilli. Also add capsicum and saute till moisture disappeared.add peace and saute well.

    Add blanched spinach. Saute till moisture disappeared. Add salt. Let cool. Add ginger and grind them until medium coarse texture.. transfer in big Bowl.

    Add potato, paneer, chat masala,garam masala, corn flour. Mix well. Grease hands with oil and make small patties. Cover patties with bread crumbs and garnish with cashew.

    Now deep fry prepared patties in hot oil. Fry on medium heat oil stir occasionally. Finally serve Hara bhara kabab with chutney or ketchup.
