2 tbsp matar ko nikal le baki matar ko coarsely grind kar lein.
heat d pan add oil... Potato ko fry kar k nikal - 2
Grind kiye matar ko b bhoona kar alag rakh le.
now add onion paste cook till golden brown.add ginger garlic paste cool till 2 min add tomato paste cook till oil release. add all dry masala cook till oil release, add matar paste and potato cook for 5 min add water cover cook and for five 10 min.
