Chilli Garlic Noodles

Cook mixed vegetables till tender. Keep aside.

Boil water add 1tbsp oil and cook noodles till tender. Drain and keep aside.

In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 big onion sliced. Fry till transparent. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste and green chili paste. Fry till raw smell of garlic goes. Add cooked mixed vegetables, cooked noodles, salt, chat masala, onion and tomato powder. (if you like more garlic, you can add a tbsp of garlic powder also).Mix well. Cook for a minute or two on medium heat. Serve with tomato sauce.
