In a bowl soaked semolina with water for about 10 minutes, sieve besan into this bowl add turmeric powder, sugar,salt, hot oil mix everything well together and add water make a thick batter. It's mix well for about 4-5 minutes so that the batter will be light and fluffy.

Now add Eno fruit salt and little water to activate it and mix well quickly.

Grease the idli molds well with oil and pour the batter in it. Stack the idli molds on idli stand and steam idli on medium heat for about 12-15 minutes.

When idli cool down, take it out, take powdered sugar on a bowl and add water, mix well and add this sugar syrup on idlies.

Heat oil in a small tadka pan add mustard seeds, sesame seeds,hig, green chillies and curry leaves, pour the tadka on the idlies and serve with chutney.
