First cut your palak saag keep it separately.

Take your cut palag and washed it at least 4to 5 times. Keep it aside.

Take a peas and segregate from cover peel it keep it separately. Then cut your onion, tomato keep it separately.

Then next is split the green chilli keep it separately. Take a vessel pour some water then pour all the cut palag Saag and add your peas and immediately pour some, haldi, salt, jeera(gota) then cook for sometime add your curry masala also then, add grated ginger also. After sometime smashed with help of spatula then remove excess water. Keep it away. Then, grinder and grind in a mixie, make smooth paste and, keep it aside.and do not forget to add your fresh panner because panner only give thick.

Then next step is to add your puree(palak&peas) add add the vegetable stock water and additional some suji also because even your puri will be crispy fir long time, after your fried puri..

Then take a chana dal boiled and steamed and make tadka jeera, green chilli, red chilli powder, and salt, hing, curry leaves in a refined oil. And decorate with coriander leaves. If you like add some lime juice...
