Garlic Laccha Paratha

In a bowl, combine the wheat flour, salt, oil mix well, add water and knead to make a smooth firm dough. Drizzle some oil on the dough n keep aside.

For filling
In a bowl add butter, grated garlic, salt, chopped coriander mix well. - 3
Now, take a small ball sized dough make a ball, and roll it in a thin circle as of chapati.

Spread garlic, butter, coriander mixture well n start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
Roll it tightly and press it gently. - 5
Dust with some wheat flour and start to roll slightly thick
Place the paratha on the hot Tawa
Flip over the paratha and press it gently. - 6
Roast it on both the sides in medium flame,
Serve garlic laccha paratha hot with your favorite seasonal curry, pickle or curd.
