Ingredients

2-3 min
4-5 servings
  • 1cupsooji
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 2 tbspghee
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required Lukewarm water for kneading the dough

    Take sooji, maida, ghee and salt in a bowl, knead it with lukewarm water.

    Cover and keep it aside for 30mins. Make small size poori and fry it in oil on medium flame. First heat the oil, then fry. Enjoy with rasedaar aloo ki sabji.
