Ingredients

  • 2mangoes
  • 6 leavesmint
  • Halfa beetroot
  • cubesIce
  • 1/2 (1 cup)water
  • Cereal

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Add your chopped mangoes and beetroot to a blender and then add ice cubes. Let it mix

  2. 2

    Then add mint and water and blend

  3. 3

    Blend for about 5 minutes and then serve onto a bowl

  4. 4

    Add chopped bananas, kiwi and any cereal of choice. I used Alpen, which has raisins and a bit of cereal
