Red Velvet Panna Cotta

In a pan add milk and fresh cream.Mix it very well. Keep stirring continuously.

When it comes to boil add sugar and mix well, cook for 1 minute. The flame should be low to medium else it might get burn.

Then switch off flame and add white chocolate, red food color, pomegranate syrup and mix well. Keep mixing all the ingredients well so it we get a homogenous mixture.

Then add in a shot glass and keep in fridge for 10 minutes for set.

Garnish with tuile and serve.
