  • 2 1/2 cupsshredded carrots (about 350 grams)
  • 4 cupsshredded cabbage (about 400 grams)
  • 1 cupglass noodles (about 150 grams)
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 2 teaspoonsgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper

    Prepare the shredded carrots, cabbage, minced garlic, and seasonings.
