Chinese Cabbage & Chicken Breast Rolls

Boil the water with salt. Put the Chinese cabbage in to the boiled water for 2 minutes. Transfer into the bath bowl, drain and set aside.

Put the boiled Chinese cabbage on the cutting board like the picture. Put the sliced chicken breast, carrot, celery and golden needle mushroom on. Roll it gently.

Put into the streamer, steam with medium heat for 15 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces before serving with dipping sauce.

Dipping sauce, mix all ingredients together. Garnish with coriander leaves.
