Slow cooker Parmesan garlic chicken my way

❤️ Typically made with the buffalo wild wings Parmesan garlic sauce but I find using sweet baby rays Parmesan garlic sauce is the best but feel free to use what you like and I added the broccoli and again if you don't like it leave it out or you can try chopped Spinach if you like. I did add a pack of ranch seasoning and use a rotisserie chicken because it adds great flavor and I normally serve this with garlic bread.

Ingredients

  1. 1Rotisserie chicken
  2. 1hidden valley ranch seasoning packet
  3. 1 (16 oz)bottle sweet baby rays Parmesan garlic sauce
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 cupheavy cream
  6. 1 blockcream cheese cubed
  7. 1-2 tablespoonschopped Parsley
  8. 2 cupschopped frozen broccoli
  9. 2 cupsshredded Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
  10. 1 boxmini penne pasta

Cooking Instructions

    Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking oil or use a slow cooker liner

  2. 2

    Shred the chicken and add it to the crockpot and sprinkle on the ranch packet. Pour on the bottle of the sauce and fill the bottle up with milk and heavy cream and lightly shake up and pour in, add cubes of cream cheese, parsley and 1 cup of cheese

    Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours then stir in broccoli and 1 more cup of cheese

    Get pasta cooking. Once its done drain and mix in and serve with additional shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy !
