This is my version of garlic bread. It's awesome and can be done for quick snack or side dish with any meal.

(1) For Garlic Butter -
Melt butter, add garlic, coriander leaves, oregano and chilli flakes and mix well. So the garlic flavour is infused well. Keep it aside.

(2) For Bread -
I have used this store brought loaf you can follow the same recipe using laadi pav. Cut the loaf diagonally creating a criss cross look like this. Also cut cheese slices about 1cm - 3
Now apply garlic butter mixture with brush covering all the sides. And fill in the cut cheese slices. Microwave this garlic loaf for about 8-10 minutes on 200°c. Sprinkle some oregano and serve hot.

You can also use tava or pan to cook this garlic Loaf. Keep it on low flame for 5-7 minutes covering with a lid. Enjoy this delicious mouth melthing pull apart garlic bread.
