Mix semolina, baking powder, salt, seasoning, oil, anad and the warm water mix well

The mixture should be too soft at first, but keep mixing inside the bowl, it will become smooth anad firm.

Let it rest for a bit and roll out the dough and cut into circles

Then put the meat floss, anda and close the pie, use fork to close the ends.

Heat your oil, in medium heat and fry the meat pies until lightly golden brown.

Serve and enjoy 😋

Cover it after frying in an airtight container, to keep it moist and soft.
