Heat non-stick pan add paneer and fry till the water evaporat... Then add powder sugar, milk powder

Maids, condensed milk mix...well and cook till it is dry... Once it is done...

In a plate brush ghee and pour the mixture on a plate. Spread evenly with spatula...In the same 'kadai' add 2 tbsp water, saffron. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp condensed milk and boil for 1 minutes... Then pour saffron milk over the kalakand. Once it is done...Keep in a fridge for 20 minutes or till it is set.. After20 minutes take out from the fridge...Cut into square..

Transfer to a serving plate...Garnish with crushed cashew nuts. Serve.....Kesari Kalakand...to your family members and friends..
