Presenting a creamy and yummy Chocolate Pudding with all the goodness of milk and chocolate.

Assemble all ingredients, chop chocolate into small pieces.

In pan add already boiled milk, add sugar + milk powder and mix very nicely. Now switch on flame and stir to dissolve sugar under medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Mix custard powder in 3 tbsp milk and keep aside.

Now add chocolate pieces and mix nicely, gradually chocolate will start melting, so continuously keep stirring for 4 - 5 minutes.

Now add custard mix and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

Keep stirring and mixture starts thickening and creamy. Keep stirring for 5-6 minutes and mixture starts bubbling.

Custard is cooked, switch off flame and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Pudding is ready.

Keep stirring while cooling, pour in serving cups / glass while its warm.

Let it come to room temperature, then refrigerate for 5-6 hours, garnish with chocolate shaves or choco chips.

Chocolate Pudding is ready to serve. I have garnished with Cadbury Gems.
