Wash and peel off carrots..

Put a kadai on a medium flame of gas and add grated carrots.. Saute for 5 minutes, so carrot releases self water.. Stir continuously..

Now add condensed milk, milk powder and milk, mix well..
Stir constantly.. - 4
Halwa turns in thick consistency, add sugar, mix well..

Stir constantly and when halwa thickens, add red colour, elaichi jaifal powder, chopped dryfruits and ghee..

Mix well, ghee releases and mava halwa look thick and shiny, turn off gas..

Serve in a plate, garnish with mix dryfruits..
