Chopped the veggies as fine as you can. Break the egg in a bowl.add salt,Chilli flakes,pepper powder and red Chilli powder. Whisk very well.

Add chopped veggies and whisk again. Heat a non-stick pan add oil.heat it. Pour the egg veggies mixture in the middle of pan.spread evenly with rahein help of spatula. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame.

Now cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip it with a spatula and cook from other side for 1-2 minute.transfer in a plate and serve hot.
