Cooking Instructions

Chop up the onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot & lettuce & add them to a salad bowl.

Now add the chickpeas & kidney beans.
- 3
Season with salt, pepper, lime/lemon & honey. Mix all well.
- 4
Can be served at room temperature or cold.
