Ingredients

Approx 20 Mins
  1. Onion
  2. Tomato
  3. Cucumber
  4. Carrot
  5. Lettuce
  6. Chickpeas (Boiled OR Canned)
  7. Kidney Beans (Boiled OR Canned)
  8. Lime OR Lemon
  9. Honey (Optional)
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Approx 20 Mins
  1. 1

    Chop up the onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot & lettuce & add them to a salad bowl.

    Now add the chickpeas & kidney beans.

  3. 3

    Season with salt, pepper, lime/lemon & honey. Mix all well.

  4. 4

    Can be served at room temperature or cold.
