Steps

Take a big kadahi..Pour desi ghee in it. Turn on the gas and let it melt and now add wheat flour.

Roast wheat flour on low flame for 30 -40 minutes until it starts giving nice smell or turns brown. Stir it continuously otherwise it will stick on the base of the kadahi.

Turn off the gas. Let it cool down for 5 minutes and then mix powdered sugar and dryfruits to it. Mix it well with hands.

Now roll the laddoos with palms...... Desi ghee aata laddoos are ready to eat.
