This paneer tikka masala is flavourful,delicious and mouth melted restaurant style recipe with smoky flavour.

First add mustard oil in a kadhai heat it on high temperature then turn off the flame. add gram flour in hot oil mix and saute.the gram flour has cooked in hot oil.

Add kashmiri red Chilli powder,curd and all powder spices mention above for marination. Mix well.add paneer cut onion,capsicum and paneer cubes. Coated gently all veggies with masala.

Keep it in the fridge for marination for 1/2 hour.after that take out from fridge. Take a coal piece and hold it over a gas flame with the help of tongs. When the coal will begin to turn red place a foil or crack proof bowl in the middle of marinated paneer and put the hot coal inside the foil.Add a spoon of ghee or oil on the coal. It will begin to smoke. Immediately cover the panit sit for about a minute until the smoke has gone away. Open the lid and remove the coal cup.

Take skewer Put marinated paneer on to skewer alternately capsicum onion and paneer. Take a skillet add 1 tbsp oil heat it and place the sckrewer on it roast until the marinated dried up and has black spotted appears.keep aside. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a kadhai add whole spices saute 30 seconds,add chopped onion fry until they turn golden brown.

When onion turn brown add all powder spices mention for gravy and tomatoes.mix well cover and cook on low to medium flame until the tomatoes turn mushy and oil released..

Add the remaining marination mix it.add slit green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.mix and add the roasted paneer tikka.mix gently.

Add malai or cream.add 1/2 cup water and cover. Bring it a boil.turn off the flame. The smoky flavored paneer tikka is ready to serve
