Assemble all ingredients

In mixing bowl break eggs, add salt + water + pepper powder + butter and whisk very well.

Take pan and put to low flame, add butter and spread all over pan, add egg mixture and start stirring the whole mixture in one direction for few seconds, gradually egg mixture starts firming.
At this stage stop stirring and leave for few more seconds. - 4
Now start folding the omelette when it is not fully cooked. Fold it very gently with help of spatula and fork and immediately transfer to serving dish.

Garnish with spring onion and it is ready to serve.

Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
