  • 2 cupsRagi semiya(vermicelli)
  • 2 tspOil
  • as required Water
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspMustard seeds, chana dhaal,
  • to taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak ragi vermicelli in water for 2min and filter in the cloth and steem for 5min

    Now ragi is ready to cook. (Read the instruction inthe pack)

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan, seasoning and chopped ingredients and salt. Saute well.

    Add the steamed ragi and mix well. Serve hot with coconut chutney
