Ingredients

2 peple
  • 1 poundsashimi grade ahi
  • 1/4 poundbay scallops
  • 1 cuppanko crumbs
  • 1 cupice water
  • 1 cupal purpose flour
  • 1/2 poundcrab or imitation meat
  • 3 TbspMayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1bushell green onion diced
  • 1/2avocado
  • 1cucumber
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Fukake seasoning

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, mix Mayonnaise, lemon and sugar, mix with crab meat

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, mix ice water and flour, whisk until mixed

  3. 3

    Preheat 2" oil in small skillet on med heat

  4. 4

    Rinse and pat scallops dry, dredge in flour, then roll in panko crumbs and add to hot oil, fry until golden and crispy

  5. 5

    Thinly slice ahi, Avocado and cucumber

  6. 6

    Lay ahi strips out flat, add Avocado, crab, cucumber and roll, standing upright

  7. 7

    Top with scallop and Sriracha, Garnish with green onion and fukake
