Crinkle Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 110 gsalted butter
  2. 100 gsugar
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 egg
  5. 45 g cocoa powder
  6. 165 g all purpose flour
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1 tsp instant coffee
  9. 1 tbsp hot water
  10. Icing for coasting

Cooking Instructions

    Put salted butter, sugar, vanilla into the mix bowl. Mix with medium speed until light in color. Then add egg. Mix until combine.

    Add sifted all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Use the spatula fold to mix well. Then dissolve instant coffee with hot water. Add into the mix bowl. Fold to mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

    Using the tablespoon, scoop the dough. And roll it into a ball. Coast them with icing. Place each ball onto the baking mat lined into the baking tray. Use the palm slightly flat the ball.

    Bake in preheated fan oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Cool it down completely on a wire rack.
