Heat mustard oil in a karahi,add assafoetida,cumin seeds. Saute.When cumin seeds change its colour,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and potato.Mix it well.

Cover and cook for 10 min.on low flame until potatoes become soft.Sprinkle garam masala,dry mango powder and coriander leaves.Mix it well.

Your tasty jeera aloo sabzi is ready to serve.You can serve it with dal- rice,puri or paratha.It is a perfect dish for children in tiffin box.
