  • Water
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your beef tongue for about 2 hours add your salt while boiling

  2. 2

    Once soft and you can pierce through the tongue with a fork let it cool down so you can Gently remove the hard skin on the base of the tongue then slice it and serve with pap or as a snack
